Breigh Lockhart

Breigh Lockhart has been motivated by the people she taught, and the people that taught her. She found out her dream career by learning what she is really capable of from others.

Breigh Lockhart has previously worked in detention center where she worked with many kids who did not have a solid foundation to stand on. Because of this, she became motivated to become a teacher so that she could help create a curriculum and instruction for others in similar positions so that they have a better understanding on how to gain employment and how to build a strong foundation for their life.

One of her major inspirations was her African American science teacher in middle school named Ms. Shortz. Seeing her teach let her know that she could be a young woman of color and do great things in the world. Every teacher she had taught her that it costs nothing to be kind which is what shaped her to be who she is today.

At Woodbridge Senior High School, she works as a biology teacher.
